The ChangeACADEMY is a 12 month hybrid programme which aims to create change leaders who can deliver strategic, system level change on behalf of their NHS healthcare organisation for the benefit of patient care. The programme is offered to clinical and non-clinical personnel that meet the delegate criteria.
The Change Academy is a non-promotional service that is offered to the NHS by AstraZeneca as Donated Goods & Services (DOGS). AstraZeneca has initiated and funded this programme.
